Have you ever heard of the dispensation of the Holy Spirit? What about the dispensation of Jesus?

Have you ever heard of the dispensation of the Holy Spirit?

What about the dispensation of Jesus?  (That one the “theologians” claim exist).

What about the dispensation of God the Father? 

So, I want to know how you can have one of them and not the other?
