The sun is shinning as the rain has subsided temporarily. Such a beautiful day! Tranquility, peace, health, a warm and cool place to lay your head at night, a good prepared meal by a wife/husband or friend be shared together, and just good loving friendship enjoyed at the park, backyard, or in a family room playing a game should always be cherished.
Now imagine all these great feelings as the next day turns 180º as you have just yelled, cursed, burned dinner, hung up on your friend for no reason, your children are fighting and fighting with both of you (as parents); your car broke down today which has created tension all day with the incredible weight of not knowing how to function in the morning when the alarm goes off for work and getting your kids to school with only the broken vehicle you own; the bank account is probably empty; your television is delivering more fake news; the weather is forecasted for tomorrow to be extremely heavy storms; and the night will give you no rest because it is in the middle of summer with record night time temperatures with your A/C broken; for last 5 days your family he had to bear sweating sleepless nights and it looks like your car will have to have this weekends paycheck go toward it instead of rest; the house is not only hot, everybody’s emotions, mindset and anger in the house is hotter than it has been in a long time!
Have you experienced the heat near the desert or equator, or Memphis with its’ super high humidity during July or August?
What about your personal anger getting hot? Do think you have ever reached that “close to the edge _____________(maybe expletive this and that)?” Can you imagine Genesis 6:6?

This verse is called an ANTHROPOMORPHISM which showing the most extreme written way of expressing through words: anger, fury and the inevitable truistic form of fatherly responsibility for a child’s most act of disobedience that also causes harm to others, requiring a “Godly fatherly” act of justice and discipline! Can you imagine buying your child a car for their 16th birthday and they walk over and spit in your face? Then your child posted on the internet the neighbor next door bought the car and gave it to them because you were a piece of crap that never showed them love or provided for them? To add to all that your child took the car and was caught on the news selling very harmful drugs to children, running from the law and killing people while alluding the police? Take this scenario all the way to having babies born hooked on deadly drugs and then abandoning them to people who will use your grandchildren for blood sacrifices to the snail gods? See scripture reveals that this verse was not literal in meaning that God sinned, but man! God’s creation, had turned from worshipping him to false gods, like snails, frogs, etc.; and thus every child being born was nothing but doomed for eternal hell! God killing a set of parents verses allowing 2,000,000 grandchildren or more to be born and recieve a father’s discipline and eternal punishment of letting live in hell for all eternity due to their own evil desires, as a free willed individual was very merciful and just. God stepped up and did the only thing possible to end all those generations from going to hell. God found the one child who was obedient and rewarded him and his family, Noah. The global destruction of all man kind was God’s just fury! God the creator is a jealous God and demands, NOT ASKS, for your praise. God gave and gives every human the demand of “no other god shall be worshipped”! You and I, and all others ARE NOT ASKED; yet given a free will to obey or disobey. Do the police ASK you not to rob, cheat and steal? No. THE LAW demands you do not do those things; yet people do it with disobedience to the law. Can you imagine every human on earth becoming a robbing bank murderer? Who would put who in jail? Who would lock the gates and feed the crooks? Robbing murders are not likely to cook and serve another crook more worthy of jail or death than himself! No civility requires something only God can fix; that was become the judge and jury of all man kind when no one was left he had put in charge to do those things!
So, have you ever been HOT, was the question? But, have you ever been as HOT AS GOD?
God shows us how HOT he has been through many stories. It is going to blow your mind when you see the reality of it. You will want to get a cool drink and tilt the light over to the words for a really remarkable story as to where this all goes!!!
