Scripture over John Calvin! Truth and the Holy Spirit giving discernment over opinion , pride and the love of money from all their books explaining the lie; the even stranger thing is so many preachers honestly say they believe both Calvinism and free choice but DO NOT understand it!
So, out of fun and to help some charities I will consider any amount of money to challenge this! You must use scripture and if you can not explain it in detail, ALONG WITH Calvinistic facts (T.U.L.I.P. principles-Acts 13:9) then you LOSE your attempt! Then you must explain how this discernment is scripturaly wrong. I will choose the charity your gift will be donated to.
Many say that “the difference in opinion or lack of understanding” is not a reason “to go to the hill and fight over”. Ok, what principles of scripture is there a reason to do it? This is only a salvation issue. How about whether someone should be able to drink, smoke or do drugs? How about not recognizing the full concequences of God’s punishment for putting out stumbling blocks that others might NOT be persuaded to accept the truth of salvation? Almost the single reason Paul wrote the churches was correct them about salvation!
Here is the reason why the gospel MUST BE GIVEN ( if one says that it takes a diploma or a particular view point, or maybe a certain person, or maybe a “skilled professional in ministry, or maybe some other qualification you do NOT KNOW scripture-1 Cor 4:20; 2 Peter 3:9; Col 1:19-24; Rom 10:9; ) :

This is the nut shell (persuasion) that is an antonym of predestination!
This is the entire reason (free choice) of our tribulations that we continue to see “hope” in our everlasting life (Romans 4&5; Col. 1:23- what is the reason of these scriptures if before birth?).
This is exactly how Abram was justified (hearing the word and acting on faith) as the entire crucifixion becomes a joke if salvation is an act without the requirement of man’s action (Jesus tells the rich man, the prostitute, Nickodemus, and the whole world that men must do a work: offer sacrifices for repentance (which even a lost Cornelius does) until the final action of man can be simply believing that the ultimate sacrifice is sufficient for his redemption (John 3:14-15 “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.”

Adam, the first Adam was created without flaws and any diseases. Adam became deathly sick and God had to heal Adam just like the Isrealites in the desert! Man continues to be sick and dying. If you want to get well, then I suggest you do an act of “getting to the doctor”! Nobody in their right mind can say that working for food is not a work (Acts 18). Jesus supplies the oxygen and more to do such work but, the supply of oxygen and the physical work are 2 different works! For stupid reasoning many great scholars say it is “illegal and theologically dumb to take credit for hard work! Strange! God will judge Christians on nothing but their “works”!
Jesus’ sacrifice is a work. People going to see him to be healed was a work! Being lowered through the roof was a work! Jesus said it was! And he told the “great theologian scholar of his time” he was WRONG also! Nicodemus, told Jesus he knew how to be saved. He knew he must obey the laws! He was like many of todays “great biblical know-it-all who have written many profitable books about the same subject; but, the book of TRUTH called Nicodemus and these fools a liar! Jesus said to Nicodemus, if you are so smart in all the Torah you would know the requirement of how to be saved! But, verly, verly (foolish man) if you knew the Torah you would already be saved, because you would have done the same “AS I” required the Isrealites to do when I told them to look at the anti-snake killer on the brass pole! But, instead you want to ask stupid questions like how do I go back into my mommy’s womb? Oh, you darkness seeker, you keep believing the crap you keep telling all these lost people you great educated preacher. As surely as when you do come see me I will “IMPUTE SIN ON YOUR HEAD”(Ps. 32:2; Rom. 5:13; Luke 11:47-51)! You, Mr. Nicodemus, preacher boy, will become liable for Abel’s murder and all the rest!
Mr. Nicodemus, a Jew and a professional theologian with plaques and diplomas, was called by Jesus to his banquet table. Nicodemus now shown his complete ignorance and his “garb” (graduatory robe with curtain tassels) he was wearing shows indignation for what Jesus commanded he wear to his table ( which was suppose to be Filthy Rags- a repentant heart that bends the knee at the cross- That summarizes the Matt. 22 story who seem to always get it wrong!)! There were “many Jews called like him” (as a matter of fact many actually means ALL THE JEWS- Acts 2:36; 4:10-12) but few choose to accept him and the biggest and single true dispensation of the bible was Jesus would turn at their rejection and offer his feast at his banquet table to the no good guests of the streets “BOTH BAD AND GOOD”(no reservation of morality in the Gentiles) to come to his wedding feast( also referred to as The Great Mystery). Those “street people” came and Cornelius came first. A lost man offering sacrifices before even hearing the gospel; but, he had been shown the way of the righteous clearly and sought after the light which did come.
If you do not believe you must persuade others in believing Jesus is the only way. If not, then go and live as you have no responsibility to persuade others in believing in the true doctor, the true high priest, the true sacrifice which will never be substituted by animal any longer!. Don’t persuade anyone to salvation, just let them think that they are all safe just like the other foolish Isrealites do to this day thinking they also have inherited security at birth (Rom 10:14)!
This is the ENTIRE summation of a MAN’S role as a father, as a husband, a grandfather and scripture says, “it is only REASONABLE”(Rom 12:1)!
So what is the word? ” PERSUASION”! Who can persuade? You? Says who? You are as FILTHY RAGS! How about another? Billy Graham or the late great Dr. Adrian Rogers? Do you or they have the Godly gifts given to me or another piece of crap by your standards? God says we are to show them 2 things: the edge that kills them or the edge that saves them. Since when did you become the master at talking (like some kind of professional hostage or terrorist negotiator) to the enemy with the right tones? right words? right smiles? right cologne? right clothes? right “gifts of love”?(2 Cor. 12:16)
Ugly faces, the wrong “attitude”, the imperfect pitch it all leads to this SINGLE THING; evil finds an excuse to reject light from anyone holding the flashlight and the rescue boat full of food, water, love, friendship, clothing, a new and better life and wants to hang on to their calamity! The next time the fireman comes to save you, judge his attitude or bad behaivor before excepting his arms into safety. He could be having the worse day of his own life; so, judge and make sure his arms meet your wreched qualifying moral standards before being rescued.

Paul needed to persuade someone “who’s outcome was predetermined”, before birth, a life that God set their path before they were born!?
Paul would be the most incapable person of knowing and following after God’s will who had already set it at the foundation!? Yet little ole Paul, the human, “needed to persuade a human into doing what God already “WOULD HAVE THEM DO WITHOUT PAUL”!?
PAUL would be an idiot( and one could assume even maybe lost as he would not know God’s will for himself or those he was attempting to “persuade to BECOME CHRISTIANS”! Acts 26:18 clearly says God commands the lost to hear the word first, persuade them with the light that the lost may be able to turn to the light. Then they must believe with works of faith testifying to God, man and heaven that they are followers of Jesus in acceptance of the lamb as their offering for their sins (Romans 1:19-20 no regenerating before Truth and choice of acceptance; Romans 13:9- no limited attoinment).
How about a home run pitch:
The absolute importance to getting the plan of salvation correct and not being deceived by another takes you from heresy to the TRUTH (and a home run reason). If you believe Calvinism you and others can literally sit on your butt your entire life as “IT IS ALL A WORK OF GOD”( sounds kinda lazy and irresponsible doesn’t it?- because it IS and here is why).

I read Galatians and can hear Paul as mad as heck, not taking a breath, until he reaches verse 3:8!
3:8: “And the scripture foreseeing that God would JUSTIFY the HEATHEN”…. You seriously have no sane debate to claim saved people are sheep when born, then can evolve into goats and back into sheep( Gal. 3:8)!
Eph. 2:12:”That at that time ye were WITHOUT CHRIST, being aliens from the commonwealth of Isreal, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having “NO HOPE”, and WITHOUT GOD in the world”. It clearly says Gentiles living were lost! Gentiles became persuaded by the word and became saved!
Continuing through Romans 4 into chapter 5 you find a grand slam of teaching about even more predestination; yet you must study closely to see this fast pitch!
A man who does NOT recognize “THE RESPONSIBILTY OF PERSUASION PUT UPON HIM (anti-predestined) certainly would not get a gut renching sorrow, until he is judged!
Calvinism puts your neighbor saved or not saved, before you meet him. What does it matter?
It doesn’t really, unless you just want to witness because “maybe your wrong”, or “maybe you will get an award”, or ” maybe you need to set him straight by letting him know you are saved”.
Well, scripture says MR. IRRESPONSIBLE, if he is lost by not believing in Jesus AND if HE IS SINLESS (YES- ABSOLUTELY SINLESS!!– READ!), that man you so lazily ignore not ersuading dies, he still does not get into heaven SINLESS! Jesus will IMPUTE SIN ON HIS SINLESS HEAD! THAT is a huge difference than an attitude of “IT IS A DONE DEAL BEFORE THE FOUNDATION AND NO WORK OF the individual MATTERS”! WHY? Calvinist love the verse that says, God does whatever he wills. So, why the need to judge a man at all? Senseless insanity thinking!
Jesus says not only does he impute righteousness HE IMPUTES SIN!!
IMPUTED SIN!! Why on earth and in heaven would Jesus impute sin on a human who he chose to “not be saved”? Is it not enough he decided to create a human just to send him to hell? That idea destroys even God saying what he said in Genisis 6:6! God used Noah to fake his mercy, love and simpathy! It is completely crazy thinking you can find and there is no scripture you could find to explain it! I have never even heard a preacher say anything about this. But, it is true!!!!
Why? Because there is NOT PREDESTINED SALVATION! Man, men, fathers and grandfathers are “called” TO PERSUADE their families, their neighbors, the individuals God set before them. We are NOT TO HAND THEM OFF TO THE CHURCH, or the preacher, or the Sunday school teacher! The general call of the sky, the trees, the rocks, the animals and all of God’s creation tells the individual there is a God! But, to be saved a MAN must persuade with the sword (read the book of John- be baptized in the word and the sword is the word)! Tell him death and salvation is given to you by Jesus. He can accept your Truth (as the word messenger) or be handed over to the deliverer.
God’s mercy was not decided before his birth. As a matter of fact god says each morning is a new day of God’s new mercy (Lamentations 3:22-23).
Look at the writing in the sand. When Jesus draws the line and writes it on the wall or in the sand, or in the book, judgement is then decided. Judgement by God the Father came to Jesus after Jesus eschewed evil and obeyed his father! Jesus was God before birth; but he was appointed high priest in the Garden of Gethsemane, not before the foundation of the universe! Jesus’ appointment and his tribulations were not before the foundation; it says Jesus humbled himself and learned! What did he learn? God became the Son of God and God himself in human flesh endured, loved, cried to The Father, eshewed evil, healed with commpasion, experienced all that the flesh and spirit of a man can possibly experience on a cursed earth. Predestination in Calvinism not only takes the idealogy of God being sovereign and omnipotent but makes humans a god by time traveling God’s knowledge into literal flesh as well as Jesus’ before the foundation. Jesus can be at the foundation before the foundation but he is God; YOU ARE NOT! ANGELS ARE NOT! God the Father, Jesus, and the Holy spirit known as Elohim are all Godly spirits and individual characteristics of the Trinity known as Elohim or El (the One God – the creator of time and space). When and how do Calvinist explain putting flesh into time and space before there is any? Stupid! It simply defies God’s creation in Genesis! It even puts flesh and a human’s faith before the WORD! In the begining was the word and the word says man was NOT BEFORE THE first day! Was the God there? Yes! Was God going to put John Bowen before the second day? No! God’s knowledge and plan for my life came before I was born; BUT THE PLAN INCLUDED WHAT HE WOULD DO EVERYTIME MY DISOBEDIENCE OCCURRED! When God looks forward in time he is prepared for an ignorant human with consequences! He did not have to make the decision for me to be prepared with 1,000 possible solutions to every act of disobedience I would do! Preparations for possibilites by Calvinism became literal absolutes! God promised Abraham as many seed as the stars; yet when he disobeyed God sent angels to KILL HIM! WHY? That is completely crazy for a God to “ABSOLUTELY” know at the foundation Sarah his wife would convince him to obey God just in the nick stops the angels from carring out the execution! That god is doing a lot of stuff for absolutely no sane reason. God’s all knowing ability has been twisted into PRE-DETERMINNED thoughts that must TAKE AWAY EVERY BIBLE VERSE THAT GAVE CONSEQUENCES OF “the what if disobedience occurred”! Those scriptures become completely stupid! It destroys the Sovereign, powerful and “prepared for anything man might do” God characteristics!
