You guys need to listen to this message by Ron Carpenter. It is great. “The Difficult People” starts with lesson #1, which is all I have heard so far. “You will know them by their fruit” and the explanation of how people get this idea so crazy twisted is really good! “The child of disappointment is always born when you put certain expectations on people.” Gifts from God is completely different than the fruit that people produce. Christians and the lost can taste heaven (he explains it as God gives gifts) by receiving things like prophecy, or compassion, or other like gifts that the Holy Spirit gives) but it does not mean that each person produces the fruit form the gifts of God.
