Father’s day is by no means is an honorable day without the man who gave his life for you. Many do not have a dad or wished they had a different father. But, God allowed the heathen (lost- pathetic humans who spit in his face) to continue breeding because of the hope and sovereign ability he has in knowing one man can be better than the one before! It is our job as men to do better even if we had “good” fathers because Abraham said there is only one who is the “good” master.
Today and the rest of this week each time you eat and take a piece of bread or see someone eating bread remember the only “GOOD FATHER” that gave his life for all of us heathen!
I am not positive about this thought but it is very possible the TREE OF LIFE produced manna as it’s fruit. Manna if researched has been described as looking like a “white coriander seed”, that has a sweet taste like honey.
I mention this because bread/manna/showbread is the prophetic typological representation of “everlasting life/Jesus/the requirement for life/the bones of Jesus sacrificed/the absolute requirement ALWAYS TO BE PRESENTED on the two crowned table inside the inner sanctuary of the temple presented to God(Exodus 25:30).
I really believe as vegetarians before Noah, Adam once ate from the Tree of Life and man always was left with the desire for it’s fruit! Then came along the demand from God to present show bread/or presence bread to God in the temple as a representation of Jesus himself! After Jesus, the memorial of what has been taken away from us in the Garden of Eden is kept memorialized by the sacraments of communion with bread and wine.
So, remember your father and honor him! If he was a heathen and did not care or show his love he shall be held accountable but we as men will be responsible for our actions and not of those fathers in our past! Jesus provides ALL OF US ADOPTION RIGHTS TO HIS FAMILY! NONE ARE WORTHY! NONE INHERIT RIGHTS! NONE ARE BORN HEIRS! NONE COME BEFORE GOD UNTIL JESUS THE MAN WHO was born long after Adam and the 7th generation of Abraham became FIRST IN GOD’S EYES of all of his sons and daughters DUE TO ADOPTION (just like David the next to last among his brothers).
This week have some bread and LOOK UP! There may be an earthly father and a heaven father looking down upon you.
The BETTER fact is the ONE Father who can give you everlasting life wants to shower you with love!
