The parable of Jesus writing in the sand gets distorted for the very same reasons! Many stories overlap in spiritual relationships but they can NOT when used expositorially. I mention this because nobody ever includes history, past O.T. verses, prophecies, genre, essence and discernment before just jumping to a “good moral story” that it is about “forgiveness”.
The fact that so many of Jesus’ verses are him reciting or fulfilling O.T. verses. HOW IS THAT SKIPPED?
THIS story is again about Jesus and not the prostitute! If you think that telling others about Jesus forgiving the prostitute in the story of John 7:53-8:11 is “good” and how it “applies to us” like a sinner, then you turn it into a story about how “we recieve forgiveness like the prostitute”.
But, what if first it is about Jesus? Could there be a “BETTER” story (or more important person to emphasize in the story)?
Here is the difference: God, the Trinity God, starts in the O.T. by showing us his diety in “The fatherly” (a mighty, creator, spiritual God that can not been looked upon except by representations of clouds, fire, others) human prospective and promising he will come to the earth in a perspective that humans can relate more with as a “Son” (the prophets and temples were only a temporary way to get close to “Him”). Second, Jesus His son, was prophesied and was praised in the Psalms of how he loves us and will redeems us (by blood sacrifice replacing the temporary temple offerings) . Then the N.T. is the glorious record of the Messiah, Jesus, coming to fulfill his promises (saving his whorshippers) and judging the wicked idoliters for ALL TIME FORWARD (THUS: it is finished!- take mental note that all this took place in just approximately 4,000 years in which all of mankind had already been completely destroyed once except Noah’s family).
Now the “beast” (666) in the book Lev. & Revelation is the focus here, but I added this off beaten story to prove and teach the importance of John writing another look into seeing JESUS at a different angle or perspective, like a colossal glorious “out of body without time constraints of this world” (which no other disciple had experienced and wrote in such a “perspective”) reveals an OMG TO THE KNEE persepective!

Hopefully you are starting to get the picture of what I am trying to show you.
Now picture like John: a man standing in front of you with a robe, purple, precious stones, scarlet, and a golden cup- Now I present to you (open your eyes) a filthy, purple robed decorated stiff necked viper holding a golden cup of wine for “your sins” ready to condemn the unrighteous (guess what that is in genre, typological terms? That is called several names: a Sadducee, a Pharisee, a lost Isrealite- or “ISREAL” as a whole- Abraham and very few Isrealites were the exception, a whore, and a “PROSTITUTE” or Jezebel! All of which represents the same thing! Simply another prostitute standing with another prostitute! Rev. 17! NERO is “THE BEAST”, ONE OF THE BIGGEST ANTI-CHRIST humans to live being used to try and stop the delivery of our salvation- THE WORD OF GOD, all the testimonies of hope and truth of JESUS! Revelation is like a movie jumping back and forth in time from begining to end BUT NOT A MADE UP HUMAN LABELED “666” BY A COMPUTER CHIP! REVELATION DOES NOT INCLUDE JOHN DARBY’S written fiction story about Margaret MacDonald. More respected men, John Nelson Darby and Benjamin Wills Newton, whom the Plymouth Brethren sent on their behalf to investigate, came to the conclusion that these displays were demonic!
